Artist in Residence (Theatre)

Qualifications

• A terminal degree in a related field
• Evidence of successful teaching
• A clear and compelling Christian commitment

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in technical theatre
• Participate in administration and coordination with programs across the School and in the community
• Lead scenic design for the Regent University Center for Performing Arts theatrical season
• Lead academic and co-curricular initiatives including development of new curriculum

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial scholar with an appropriate terminal degree
• Significant professional portfolio
• Willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, set in good faith based on the budgeted amount available for the position.

Schedule

Appointments typically begin between $70,000 and $75,000.
