Artist-in-Residence (Music )

Qualifications

• Energetic, entrepreneurial audiovisual storytellers with demonstrated music and event production experience across multiple areas of expertise
• An appropriate degree
• The ability to teach and support students pursuing careers in music and worship arts

Required Production Duties

• Audio production and post production
• Video production and post production for live events
• Lighting and live event technologies for music and worship arts production

Teaching

Half of the Artist in Residence duties will be teaching music production courses at the undergraduate levels.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, set in good faith based on the budgeted amount available for the position. Appointments typically begin between $70,000 and $75,000. Placement in the upper portion of the range reflects demonstrated professional production experience across more than one of the identified fields, a substantial record of professional production credits adjudicated in juried forums, and demonstrated ability to teach and serve broadly across the curriculum.
