About the role

Provides students with specialized instruction in order to master a specific art form. (There are 11 Art majors.) Helps support students to achieve their Arts Endorsed Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Designs/develops programs to include course materials
• Develops, supports, and expands partnerships within the organization
• Maintains, supervises, coordinates, and enforces rules of conduct and behavior
• Captures performance data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience minimum required
• Expertise associated with the specific Art major position that is needed
• Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education
• Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position with or without accommodations
