About the role
Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake goods like hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
What you'll do
- Create and trial new recipes while mastering tried-and-true favorites, as Epic menus change daily
- Showcase your skills at catered events hosted at Epic
- Work with a high level of autonomy from the outset
- Grow into leadership and management roles
Requirements
- 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree
- Large-volume experience is a plus
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
- Available to work Sunday-Thursday
- Comfortable with regular lifting of 50+ lbs
