Artisan Bread Baker
About the role
This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake goods like hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Create and trial new bread recipes while mastering established favorites
- Work autonomously with opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles
- Contribute to catered events hosted at Epic
Requirements
- 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree
- Large-volume experience is a plus
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
- Available to work Sunday-Thursday
- Comfortable with regular lifting of 50+ lbs
