About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake goods like hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in our state-of-the-art facility!

Responsibilities

• Create and trial new recipes while mastering the tried-and-true favorites.
• Show off new creations during catered events.
• Enjoy high level of autonomy and opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.
• Leverage unique campus amenities including restaurant-quality meals at a fraction of the cost.
• Earn a four-week sabbatical after five years with Epic.

Requirements

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
• Large-volume experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Available to work Sunday-Thursday.
• Comfortable with regular lifting of 50+ lbs.
