Responsibilities
- Experience developing and implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions using emerging technologies such as deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, and designing and developing AVML models to solve business problems.
- Understands model differences and applicability across different use cases to advise on appropriate solutioning for a variety of functions.
- Ability to identify potential data security and integrity issues ahead of implementation.

Qualifications
- Entry-Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience, Associates Degree + 4 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience, Masters Degree + 0 years of experience.
- Full Performance/Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience, Associates Degree + 6 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience, Masters Degree + 2 years of experience.
- Senior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience, Associates Degree + 8 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience, Masters Degree + 4 years of experience, PhD + 2 years of experience.
- Expert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience, Associates Degree + 10 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience, Masters Degree + 6 years of experience, PhD + 4 years of experience.

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
