Artificial Intelligence Specialist | $50/hr Remote

Hourly contract position, remote. 10–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze shopper–agent conversations to identify issues.
• Classify conversation issues with primary and secondary tags.
• Write concise comments explaining shopper dissatisfaction and agent actions.
• Apply a fixed taxonomy consistently across conversations.
• Use an “unknown” label honestly when the cause of dissatisfaction is unclear.

Requirements

• Ability to apply a fixed taxonomy consistently across numerous conversations.
• Comfort with reading structured traces and understanding agent actions.
• Willingness to label unknown causes rather than guessing.
• Proficiency in clear, concise written English for explanation purposes.
• Fluency in consumer e-commerce processes such as orders and tracking.

Pay

$40–$50 per hour.
