About The Role

An AI research organization is seeking Philosophy & Ethics Specialists to support the development of next-generation artificial intelligence systems by evaluating complex reasoning, ethical decision-making, and logical consistency. This is a fully remote, project-based engagement suitable for experienced professionals or academics with expertise in philosophy, ethics, logic, or related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality and coherence of AI-generated responses.
• Assess arguments, reasoning processes, and logical consistency.
• Identify logical fallacies and weaknesses in reasoning.
• Compare multiple responses and determine the strongest arguments.
• Review ethical dilemmas, moral reasoning, and conceptual questions.
• Help improve the accuracy and reliability of AI systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent expertise in Philosophy, Ethics, Logic, Political Theory, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

Compensation

Up to €200/hour
