About the role

The AI / ML Solutions Engineer II is responsible for independently designing, building, and leading advanced AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent analytical solutions that address highly complex business needs. This role owns end-to-end technical execution for major advanced solution efforts and helps the organization solve higher-value problems through predictive insights, automation, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Independently design, build, and lead advanced AI, machine learning, automation, and analytical solutions for highly complex business needs
  • Define technical architectures, implementation approaches, and lifecycle plans for innovation-led use cases
  • Prepare, test, validate, and optimize data, models, logic, and solution components to ensure solution quality, reliability, and business value
  • Partner with Data Solutions Leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to shape practical advanced solution strategies
  • Monitor, maintain, enhance, and document deployed AI, ML, or automation solutions to support sustainability, reuse, and ongoing value realization
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Deep experience in AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, or intelligent solution development
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced technical tools used for model development, orchestration, and deployment
  • Experience leading end-to-end design and implementation of predictive, optimization, classification, recommendation, or LLM-based solutions
  • Ability to define technical approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and lead advanced solution lifecycles independently
  • Strong understanding of data preparation, model evaluation, performance tuning, monitoring, and operationalization
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical and scalable advanced technical solutions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with solution leads, stakeholders, and technical contributors
  • Ability to create new technical patterns or approaches when established methods are insufficient
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
  • 7 or more years experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
