Responsibilities

• Content Creator + Video Specialist: Turn strategy into scroll-stopping stills and short-form video that looks sharp, stays on-brand, and drives action.
• AI Engineer: Develop intelligent applications and deploy scalable solutions that support creative, marketing, and software teams.
• Jr. Web Developer: Turn approved designs and mockups into clean, responsive sites that look sharp, load fast, and work flawlessly on mobile.
• Sales Associate: Lead consultative B2B conversations, prospect, meet clients in the field, and turn business goals into clear web, marketing, and creative solutions.
• Software Eng. Intern: Build and improve systems that support daily operations, working alongside the team to turn requirements into functional features.
• Production Intern: Assist on shoots, contribute to editing and design tasks, and help manage media and deliverables.
• Business Ops Intern: Contribute across content, SEO, analytics, reporting, and website management, helping to keep workflows organized and assist with data and content tasks.
• Video Editor Intern: Work inside VenPro’s post-production pipeline, editing real client content across social, branded, and event deliverables.

Qualifications

• Content Creator + Video Specialist: Experience in creating social content, proficiency in video editing software, and strong understanding of branding and audience engagement.
• AI Engineer: Strong background in programming, experience with machine learning, and ability to develop and deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Jr. Web Developer: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with responsive design principles.
• Sales Associate: Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, and experience in sales or consulting roles.
• Software Eng. Intern: Basic understanding of software development concepts, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to internal systems.
• Production Intern: Proficiency in video and photography editing software, and a keen eye for detail.
• Business Ops Intern: Strong organizational skills, familiarity with SEO and analytics tools, and experience with content management systems.
• Video Editor Intern: Experience with video editing software, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
