About the role

Every MAZ engagement runs on COCO, our private intelligence engine. You'll take it further; new use cases, deeper capability — knowing client work rides on every release.

• Take COCO into new territory: new use cases, new engagement patterns, new depth from the models underneath to the surface the team works in
• Uphold and keep raising: the security standards the platform is built on: confidentiality by architecture, not by policy
• Translate what our consultants need in the field into platform capability; small releases, shipped fast
• Own reliability and the platform's alignment with security frameworks; SOC 2, ISO 27001, and what clients ask for next

Requirements

• 4+ years building and running production software — backend, frontend, and cloud
• LLM systems in production: orchestration, evals, retrieval — beyond calling an API
• Security instincts — tenancy, least privilege, and data isolation as defaults
• Judgment about what to build — and the restraint not to build the rest
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field — or the engineering track record that makes one redundant
