Responsibilities
- Teach grades K-4 using the Core Knowledge Sequence curriculum
- Implement Artsonia
- Utilize literacy strategies across curriculum areas
- Use Paideia or Socratic Seminar/Discussion methods
- Participate in PLC groups/Q comp programs K-12 for continuous programming
- Work within a team environment
Qualifications
- Valid MN K-12 Visual Arts License
- Previous experience teaching art for elementary students
- Experience with a classical model of education or a liberal arts college education
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
Benefits
- Annual compensation ranges from $44,872-$67,835, depending upon years of teaching experience
