About the role
St. Croix Prep is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Art teacher for the Middle School grades 5-8.
Responsibilities
- Plan and teach art classes aligned with the curriculum
- Inspire creativity and passion among middle school students
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness
- Engage in professional development opportunities
Requirements
- MN 5-12 Art Teaching License
- Experience teaching middle school
- Creativity and enthusiasm for art
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred but not required qualifications
- Experience with classical model of education or liberal arts education
- College preparatory rigor in a middle school setting
- Experience with PLCA groups, Q Comp programs, or PLD methods
Pay
Annual compensation ranges from $44,872-$67,835, depending upon years of teaching experience.
