What You’ll Do

  • Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
  • Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
  • Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
  • Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
  • Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned art instruction for students across grade levels (middle and high school).
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages creativity, risk-taking, and self-expression.
  • Develop students’ skills in a variety of media, techniques, and artistic processes.
  • Lead and coordinate campus-wide art initiatives (e.g., exhibitions, murals, art shows, interdisciplinary projects).
  • Collaborate with faculty to integrate art into core subjects and school events.
  • Showcase student work across campus through displays, performances, and community partnerships outside of campus.
  • Support students in developing creative confidence and artistic voice.
  • Maintain organized, safe, and inspiring studio spaces.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $27.30 - USD $27.30 /Hr.
