About the role
The Art teacher will work part-time in grades 1-8 for the 2026-27 school year.
Responsibilities
- Teach art classes to students in grades 1-8
- Engage with children and learn about arts and crafts in Waldorf education
- Use various mediums to teach a wide range of arts
- (Optional) Teach additional hours in more grade levels if they have woodworking skills
Requirements
Strong candidates should be experienced art teachers who enjoy working with children and have an interest in Waldorf education.
Qualifications
- Experience teaching art to children
- Interest in Waldorf education and arts and crafts
- Ability to use various mediums to teach a wide range of arts
- (Optional) Woodworking skills for additional teaching opportunities

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Schedule
Program hours are between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, though teaching hours may vary.
