Role Overview
We are seeking an Art Producer to manage the entire art pipeline from concept to live service. This role involves working cross-functionally to manage scheduling and scope, while also helping to create and refine workflows and processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, autonomous individual who can advocate for their team and thrive in an environment with ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire art production pipeline from end-to-end, from initial concept through to live service.
- Partner with art discipline leads and gameplay teams to scope and schedule work, building and maintaining dependency-driven schedules.
- Work cross-functionally to align on scheduling and scope, ensuring successful, on-time release of content.
- Help create and implement new workflows and processes to improve team efficiency.
- Facilitate constant communication across departments, providing transparency on status, risks, and opportunities.
- Proactively identify problems and propose solutions to prevent roadblocks.
- Facilitate development operations, including scheduling meetings, running reviews, and providing actionable notes.
- Handle production needs across small strike teams, breaking down priorities and maintaining strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in Art Management and Asset Management/Tracking. Experience building a game from the concept phase. Demonstrated ability to own a team and operate with autonomy. Experience working in ambiguous environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong soft skills are essential for this role, including the ability to advocate for a team and communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with World Environment and Technical Art.
- Familiarity with Animation and Tech Animation pipelines.
- Experience with ShotGrid is a plus.
