Art Handler

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Art Handler to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a flawless attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide world-class service to our exclusive clientele. The ideal candidate must understand exceptional customer service and must have a track record of doing so.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute procedures and materials used for art packing, installation/de-installation, rigging, gantry, wrapping, and transport.
• Manage inventory control practices and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, execute detailed paperwork, and work closely with high-end clients.
• Show a considerate knowledge in art history and/or production, fabrication, and carpentry.
• Previous commercial truck driving experience is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of procedures and materials used for art handling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flawless attention to detail.
• Track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Skills

• Understanding of art history and/or production, fabrication, and carpentry.
• Commercial truck driving experience.
