About the role
The Art Director will be responsible for shaping and elevating the visual expression of a modern fashion and lifestyle brand across various customer touchpoints. The role requires a combination of strong creative instincts and hands-on design execution, with a focus on bringing compelling brand stories to life in a fast-paced, commerce-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive creative direction across digital marketing, ecommerce, retail, print, and brand campaigns.
- Develop seasonal visual concepts that translate into engaging multi-channel creative.
- Create polished assets for websites, email, paid media, social, presentations, packaging, and collateral.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, digital, retail, and leadership teams to transform business goals into strong creative solutions.
- Lead and support photoshoot production, including concepting, shot planning, casting input, location research, and on-set creative oversight.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all customer-facing materials.
- Oversee creative workflows, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work across multiple concurrent projects.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen brand identity, customer engagement, and overall campaign performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design or art direction experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer-facing brands.
- A strong portfolio that showcases elevated visual taste, digital campaign work, and brand storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and imagery.
- Experience designing for responsive digital environments and ecommerce platforms.
- Confidence balancing conceptual thinking with hands-on production.
- Strong collaboration, presentation, and project management skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience building cohesive visual campaigns across both brand and performance channels.
- A strong understanding of online merchandising and customer-facing digital experiences.
- A refined aesthetic sensibility with a point of view that feels current, aspirational, and commercially relevant.
Skills
