We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - Overview: "Hiring Department University of Missouri’s Division of Marketing and Communications Overview Job Description Mizzou Marketing seeks an art director to join our creative team! This person will play a vital role..." That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with paragraph(s) summarizing. - Responsibilities: There's a "Key Responsibilities" section with bullet points (though they are paragraphs with percentages). We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to convert each responsibility into list items. The percentages can be kept as part of text. - Requirements: There's "Minimum Qualifications" and "Required Qualifications". Also "Preferred Qualifications". We can combine into Requirements section? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include. We have content for Requirements (minimum/required qualifications). We have Qualifications (preferred qualifications). We have Skills (maybe from preferred qualifications like presentation skills, Adobe CC, etc). We have Benefits (benefit eligibility). We have Pay (salary range). We have Schedule (shift 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). So we can include all those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions (cover letter and portfolio required? Actually that is application materials; we should remove application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop "Application Materials Cover letter and Design portfolio (both are required)". Also drop Sponsorship Information? "Sponsorship Information Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's a detail; but it's not a heading; we could keep as paragraph? It's not explicitly prohibited, but it's not a section heading. It's okay to keep as part of About the role? Might be considered minor metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop as it's not essential. Also drop "Other Information" about stewards etc? That's more description; could be part of About the role. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we should not discard substantive info. "Other Information" includes description of team, mission, etc. That's substantive. We can include in About the role. "Community Information" about Columbia is also substantive; could be part of About the role or maybe separate? Not a heading; we can include as paragraph. "Benefit Eligibility" is substantive; we need Benefits section. "Equal Employment Opportunity" is boilerplate; remove. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary range: "$70,000.00- $75,00.00 annually". Note typo: $75,00.00 (missing a zero). We'll keep as is. Schedule: "Shift 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m." Now we need to format. We'll produce:

Proven ability to manage and mentor designers, giving clear and constructive creative feedback. Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment, accepting feedback and incorporating it into design improvements.

    Skills

We could extract skills from preferred qualifications: presentation and communication skills, process improvement, art direction, environmental branding, motion graphics, social media content creation, illustration, Adobe CC proficiency, typography/layout, problem-solving, project management, mentoring, collaboration. But we already have them in Qualifications; maybe we can skip Skills section to avoid duplication. However instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real, specific content. Skills content exists; we could create a Skills section listing skills. But we risk duplication. Better to keep Qualifications and maybe not Skills. But we need to decide: The instruction list includes Skills as a possible heading; we can include if we have content. We have skills content; we could move some to Skills. However we must preserve all substantive information; moving is fine as long as we don't lose. Let's create Skills section with bullet list of skills extracted. But we must use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For skills, we can also use list. Let's extract skills: - Presentation and communication skills - Ability to articulate creative rationale to non-creative stakeholders - Ability to identify and create process improvements and efficiencies - Experience art directing or collaborating on photo/video shoots - Experience with environmental branding, motion graphics, social media content creation (photo and video) or illustration - Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual leadership, strategic insight and hands-on production in a variety of design styles and projects, including print and digital advertising - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) - Advanced eye for detail, typography, layout, and brand application - Impeccable design fundamentals - Excellent problem-solving and project management skills - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to manage and mentor designers, giving clear and constructive creative feedback - Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment, accepting feedback and incorporating it into design improvements We'll put these as
      • . Now Benefits section: from Benefit Eligibility paragraph. We'll produce:

        Benefits

        Pay section:

        Pay

Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range: $70,000.00- $75,00.00 annually Grade: Salary Plan # GGS 11 University Title: Assistant Director Strategic Communications

But we should not include "Grade: Salary Plan # GGS 11 University Title: Assistant Director Strategic Communications" maybe it's metadata but it's substantive; we can keep. Schedule section:

        Schedule

        Shift 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Now About the role: need to combine overview and other info.
