Join us at razorfish.com. Overview We are seeking an Art Director to develop visually compelling, strategically grounded creative work for a large, high-profile energy client. This role will support integrated brand and marketing communications across web, digital, social, video, events, print, digital signage, and always-on content. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker and hands-on visual storyteller with strong executional craft, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly across multiple channels and creative formats. Please note: This is a hybrid schedule requiring of 4 days/week on average in office. Responsibilities Develop visual concepts and creative executions across integrated marketing, brand, digital, social, event, video, and content workstreams.Partner with copywriters, designers, strategists, account teams, project managers, and production partners to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.Create polished design solutions that reflect strong visual storytelling, brand consistency, and strategic alignment.Work across Core squad needs, including web/digital/social and video/events, while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools to create high-quality design and presentation materials.Translate creative direction into clear, compelling visual systems, layouts, campaign assets, and content executions.Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables, ensuring final work is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.Contribute proactive ideas and creative solutions that elevate the work while supporting client and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, graphic design, advertising, visual communications, or a related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience in art direction or design in an agency or creative environmentAgency experience and/or experience supporting large, complex brands preferred.Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across digital and traditional channels.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite required.Experience across marketing communications, branding, events, digital, social, video, or content formats.Energy, regulated industry, or enterprise client experience is a plus.Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential client environment with professionalism and adaptability.AI tool/Workflow experience is a plusHigh standards, sharp attention to detail, and genuine passion for the workProven success in driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPlease include resume with portfolio link*** Additional Information The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
