Responsibilities
- Develop campaign concepts from brief to presentation, across digital, social, video, and print
- Build the visual story behind an idea and articulate why it solves the client's problem
- Contribute to new business pitches and help shape how we win accounts
- Art direct photo and video productions alongside the Creative Director, from pre-production through wrap
- Build shot lists, references, and visual direction with directors, DPs, and producers
- Own the look on the day: set, props, wardrobe, styling, framing
- Make fast calls when conditions change and the plan stops working
- Carry the direction through post: edit, color, finish
- Design pitch decks, campaign presentations, and concept visuals that sell the thinking, not just show it
- Produce campaign deliverables across brand, digital, print, and social
- Deliver production-ready files to spec and on deadline
- Maintain and extend brand systems across client work
- Hold the visual bar on everything you touch
- Give clear direction to designers, freelancers, and production partners
- Take direction from the Creative Director and carry it through, including on calls you'd have made differently
- Juggle multiple projects and shoot schedules without letting the work slip
Qualifications
- [4+] years in design or art direction
- Portfolio showing concept work, produced work, and craft-level design execution
- Real on-set experience across photo and/or video production
- Strong presentation design — you can build a deck that carries an idea
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Able to make decisions quickly under production pressure
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Covington / New Orleans area
