Art Director

About the role

The Art Director will lead the creative direction and design vision for Pattern Corporate’s marketing campaigns. They will collaborate closely with the design team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that all projects align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to bring projects to life through compelling visual and written content.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality deliverables meet client expectations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
• Work closely with the design team to provide feedback and guidance on design concepts and executions.
• Present design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing clear explanations and justifications for design choices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a similar industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, advertising, and digital media.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
