About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Freelance Art Director to partner with our team on client campaigns and high-impact creative projects.You’ll take strategies and turn them into original creative concepts and strong visual directions, collaborating with our Strategy, Copy, Design, and Account teams to bring those ideas to life.We’re also looking for someone who actively uses AI as part of their creative process, from ideation and visual exploration to image/video generation and production. What You’ll DoDevelop original creative concepts, campaign ideas, key visuals, and visual narratives.Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative directions.Collaborate with Account Managers, Strategy, and Copy to develop and refine ideas.Guide designers through execution and provide creative feedback.Present and articulate creative concepts and rationale when needed.Use AI tools throughout ideation, exploration, and production.Bring emerging creative technologies and techniques into client work. What we're looking for5+ years of experience in art direction.A standout portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaigns, and visual storytelling.Proven ability to develop creative concepts from strategy—not just execute existing ideas.Strong visual judgment and experience with digital/performance creative.Agency experience working across multiple brands or clients.Hands-on experience using AI tools in professional creative work, including image and/or video generation.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.Based in the United States. Nice to HaveB2B or performance marketing experience.Figma, motion, or video experience.Experience with emerging AI creative workflows.
