Art Director

About the role

The Art Director will lead the visual identity and creative direction for MoFi, a mission-driven CDFI based in Montana. The role involves translating the organization's community impact into compelling communications and campaigns for small business clients, donors, financial partners, and policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand across all marketing materials
• Create engaging and effective campaign designs for various stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on creative direction
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design solutions
• Manage the creative process from concept to final execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Qualifications

• Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
• Understanding of CDFI principles and mission-driven work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
