Here’s What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Responsible for concepting with the integrated team to deliver the best, most innovative creative ideas while maintaining a cohesive brand voice/identity.
- SUPPORTING OF CONCEPTS AND LAYOUTS WITH CLEAR RATIONALE.
- COLLABORATE WITH TEAM AND OFFER INNOVATIVE IDEAS FOR CREATIVE BRIEFS AND STRATEGY.
- TRACK MULTIPLE PARALLEL DEADLINES WITH EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTE ACTIVATIONS WITHIN ESTABLISHED BUDGETS AND TIMEFRAME AND ON STRATEGY.
- PARTNER SUCCESSFULLY WITH OTHER CREATIVES AND ACROSS MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAMS.
- PRESENT WORK INTERNALLY.
- ACTIVELY PARTICIPATES/COMMITS TO BRAINSTORMS.
- STAY AWARE OF INDUSTRY AND TECHNOLOGY TRENDS.
- ARTICULATE VISION, IDEA, OBJECTIVES TO VENDOR.
- ATTENDS ON-SITE VISITS AND SHOTS AS NEEDED TO ENSURE THE VISION COMES TO LIFE.
- MENTORS MORE JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS.
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
- College degree with focus in Art Direction, preferred
- 2+ years of experience
- Innovative concepting skills and great presentation skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Natural communicator with strong visual and verbal presentation skills
- Positive attitude, genuine team player and a self-starter and go-getter attitude
Pay
The salary range for this position is $64,350 to $75,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
