Responsibilities
- Be the gatekeeper of brand guidelines — working across social, ads, and agency partners to ensure visual consistency at every touchpoint
- Complete 360 design ownership
- Translate the brand book into culturally resonant creative that builds a recognizable design language
- Create print collateral, packaging concepts, and product mockups for launches, merch drops, and go-to-market decks
- Light video editing support (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci)
- Cuts, captions, static-to-motion, color correction
- Bring trend awareness and proactive ideas to the table
- Build and improve email flows in Klaviyo with both visual quality and performance in mind
- Collaborate with a PR agency and performance marketing agency, plus internal leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in graphic design
- Experience within a DTC, CPG, lifestyle, or apparel brand environment
- Strong brand storytelling instincts — you understand visual language, not just execution
- Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
- Comfortable with video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Able to produce high-volume, high-quality creative without sacrificing craft under deadlines
- Background in brand development or brand refresh projects is a plus
- Experience working alongside a performance marketing function
- Motion graphics or animation beyond basic editing is a plus
