Art Director

About the role

Our client is seeking a passionate and innovative Art Director to join their creative team. As an Art Director, you will be part of the Creative Department supporting the marketing and product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to creative challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand's visual identity across campaigns, content, product launches, and evergreen channels
• Translate brand strategy and product storytelling into compelling visual narratives that reflect the brand's NYC energy and professional credibility
• Lead creative execution across digital, social, paid media, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, and print
• Develop creative direction for photo and video shoots, including casting, styling, and on-set art direction
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, consistent assets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an omnichannel environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, and print
• Proven experience art directing photo and video shoots
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern creative workflows
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing external partners
