About the Role

We are looking for an Art Director who brings both conceptual “big idea” thinking and hands-on production design excellence. This role requires a strategic creative who can lead ideas from concept through execution across a wide range of digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing breakthrough creative platforms and producing many high-quality digital assets. They have strong proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and new creative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic, best-in-class omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Translate business challenges into compelling creative concepts and scalable systems.
  • Design best-in-class websites and digital experiences with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web design standards.
  • Balance high-level concepting with diligent production development.
  • Work effectively within a dynamic, client-focused organization.
  • Manage multiple, high-volume digital deliverables and campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts, articulate thinking, and build confidence in ideas.
  • Lead and mentor junior creative team members.
  • Develop data-driven, on-strategy creative concepts grounded in strong storytelling.
  • Partner with Copywriters and Creative Directors to build integrated campaign ideas and systems.
  • Translate big ideas into scalable executions across channels.
  • Design and execute digital media including websites, microsites, display, email, social, and mobile experiences.
  • Demonstrate expert-level production design skills, ensuring precision, consistency, and brand integrity across assets.
  • Work within design systems, pattern libraries, and component-based frameworks.
  • Prepare assets from client presentation through development handoff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and complete projects efficiently.
  • Partner with Account teams to ensure creative aligns with business objectives.
  • Work with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Maintain strong file organization and naming conventions.

Requirements

Tools & Technology

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and platforms.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong sense of aesthetic, typography, and information design.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and user experience.
  • Ability to concept at a high level and execute at a detailed level.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization.

Experience

  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in digital design or art direction.
  • Experience in a creative agency or professional services environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to balance concept development and production execution.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong online portfolio demonstrating conceptual and production work.
  • Video/motion design experience is a plus.

Pay

Compensation Range: USD $67,800.00 - USD $106,000.00/Annually. This range reflects the pay the Company believes it will offer for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the requirements of the position.
