What You'll Do
- Translate client goals into clear creative hypotheses and lightweight prototypes.
- Develop ads that can be tested and iterated quickly.
- Lead the creation of both AI-generated and traditional assets (static, motion, short-form video).
- Maintain prompt libraries, guardrails, and quality assurance standards.
- Partner with account and media teams on KPIs, budgets, and testing agendas.
- Integrate brand and performance insights back into each client’s creative system.
- Manage a small group of freelancers, including scoping work, giving actionable feedback, and keeping timelines and budgets on track.
- Identify efficiency improvements (e.g., reducing handoffs, improving templates, strengthening naming and metadata systems).
- Spot opportunities for automation (batching, scripts, export workflows) that improve speed without sacrificing quality.
- Monitor overall creative effectiveness and the resources required to achieve it.
What You'll Bring
- 2–3+ years in art direction with shipped work that moved KPIs.
- Hands-on comfort with generative AI tools (image/video/copy) and thoughtful promptcraft.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC; experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with platform specs and constraints across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and programmatic.
- Experience managing freelancers or a small production team.
- Fluency in growth metrics and creative testing.
Nice to Have
- Branding experience, Automation or scripting chops; motion/video workflow experience.
