About the role

The ARRW Production Operations IPT Manager plays a critical role in managing production operations within the Lockheed Martin organization. This individual is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Develop and implement production strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or related field.
