About the role

Zennio is a multinational KNX domotics manufacturer with over 500 professionals, 19 years of experience, and presence in 117 countries. Reporting to the Trade Marketing and Communication Manager, you will design and coordinate innovative, functional trade‑show stands that reflect Zennio’s brand identity, ensuring the success of each exhibition by managing resources, leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing project execution at an international level.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and creative ideas for the stand design.
• Propose and design the stand, including interior design, aligned with brand image and fair objectives.
• Prepare technical plans and wiring layouts.
• Identify and propose products to display according to fair type and target audience.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stand construction and event management.
• Supervise installation and dismantling of the stand at various fairs.
• Work closely with the communication and marketing department for fair promotion.
• Coordinate with Zennio subsidiaries to organise and manage local work required.
• Select and negotiate with stand suppliers and related services.
• Manage the necessary personnel for the event, both internal and external.
• Prepare and manage the shipment of materials for fairs.
• Coordinate mobilisation of external and internal resources needed for the event.
• Oversee logistics related to transport and assembly of stand materials.
• Elaborate and manage the budget for each fair.
• Control costs associated with stand and event execution, ensuring resource optimisation.
• Travel internationally to supervise stand implementation and fair execution.
• Prepare post‑event reports evaluating results and proposing improvements for future fairs.

Requirements

• University degree related to architecture (e.g., Technical Architect, Interior Architecture, Building Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience designing and coordinating stands for trade shows or similar events, or in construction works.
• Experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to design and conceptualise creative and functional exhibition spaces.
• Command of English, both spoken and written (B2‑C1 level).
• Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar).
• Availability to travel internationally as required by the fairs.

Pay

Fixed annual remuneration between 36,000 € and 42,000 € plus variable component.
