ARNP (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality healthcare in both clinical and virtual settings, emphasizing patient satisfaction and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering patient-centered care, including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.Leading clinic staff and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.Managing patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic results to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing guidance on ongoing care.Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA.Participating in telehealth consultations and prioritizing patient follow-up.Collaborating with clinical leadership to elevate patient care and resolve concerns.Supporting new employee onboarding, training, and fostering a positive team environment. Qualifications And Skills Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and active licensure with DEA registration.1+ years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or similar settings preferred.Proven experience in telehealth clinical practice.Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, adapt to new protocols, and communicate effectively.Certification in DOT if applicable, with ongoing compliance training. Additional Details Requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends for full-time staff.On-call responsibilities may be assigned periodically.Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and maintaining a respectful, supportive workplace culture.
