Responsibilities
- Drive Knowledge Sharing: Actively collect, analyze, validate, integrate, disseminate, archive, and assess lessons learned and best practices across the Military Intelligence proponent capability areas of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) domains.
- Enhance Learning Platforms: Contribute to QuickFire/Victor by uploading relevant LL products that align with mission objectives.
- Provide SME Input: Represent and provide insights on specific quarterly institutional topics at the Army Lessons Learned Forum (ALLF).
- Collaborate and Innovate: Participate in the Army Lessons Learned Synchronization Workshop (ALLSW), sharing knowledge and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to USAICoE.
- Dissemination: Lead the monthly Military Intelligence Lessons Learned Forum.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and articulate challenges with Senior Army Leaders.
- Experience in supporting a military service or Joint-level Lessons Learned initiatives.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Army Operations.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution or 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in or supporting a military service component or intelligence community Lessons Learned position or program (government or civilian).
- Demonstrated experience supporting the Army LL Forum procedures or events: General Officer Steering Councils (GOSC), Council of Colonels (CoC), and Action Officer Working Groups (AOWG).
- Proven track record in supporting or conducting Military Intelligence or other Army organization LL Forum procedures or events.
- Understanding of the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) Capabilities Areas.
Clearance Requirements
Candidates must possess a TOP SECRET (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Schedule
No remote/offsite work locations, other than required travel, are authorized.
