About the role

The Position Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and a Michigan Teaching Certificate with at least one of the following endorsements: Health (MA) or (MC)Physical Education (MB)Health and Physical Education (MC)Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (MX)Family and Consumer Science (KH).

Responsibilities

• Use creative instructional strategies along with best practices for classroom Teaching which Promotes Interactive Learning And Student Engagement Through Technology, Literature, And Writing.
• The Candidate Must Be Adept With Technology And Ready To Consider Emergent Techniques To Enhance Student Achievement.
• Aide in research, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Visual Arts curriculum;
• Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans;
• Incorporate practical application of content knowledge in lesson plans;
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of each learner;
• Develop and implement progressive classroom-based interventions;
• Utilize progress monitoring;
• Maintain accurate student classroom records.
