About the role
Partner with the best As a Welder, you will perform welding operations within a collaborative team environment, ensuring high-quality output in compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, supporting team objectives, and troubleshooting welding-related challenges to enhance throughput and quality.
Responsibilities
- Performing welding applications across one or more work teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Congducting visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications.
- Supporting the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving welding-related issues.
- Enhancing throughput and operational efficiency within the assigned work team.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Participating in training initiatives and supporting the development of team members.
- Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Completing required periodic welding ss and maintaining qualifications per certification procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant technical training or certification in welding or a related field.
- Experience in welding and brazing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with API and ISO quality standards and inspection processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to complete and maintain required welding certifications and ss.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
Skills
- Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.
- Knowledge of API and ISO quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

General work schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
