About the role

Partner with the best As a Welder, you will perform welding operations within a collaborative team environment, ensuring high-quality output in compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, supporting team objectives, and troubleshooting welding-related challenges to enhance throughput and quality.

Responsibilities

• Performing welding applications across one or more work teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Congducting visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications.
• Supporting the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving welding-related issues.
• Enhancing throughput and operational efficiency within the assigned work team.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Participating in training initiatives and supporting the development of team members.
• Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Completing required periodic welding ss and maintaining qualifications per certification procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant technical training or certification in welding or a related field.
• Experience in welding and brazing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with API and ISO quality standards and inspection processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to complete and maintain required welding certifications and ss.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Skills

• Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of API and ISO quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Competitive total rewards package, including base pay and performance-based incentives, subject to company policies.

Schedule

General work schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
On-call support is required every other weekend.
