About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Armleder Philanthropy Officer. This role involves managing philanthropic initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and reporting on program outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement philanthropic strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage grant applications and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align philanthropic efforts with broader organizational objectives.
- Monitor and report on the impact of philanthropic programs.
- Stay updated with trends in philanthropy and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social work, public policy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful grant writing and management.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and communities.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing philanthropic activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
