Armed Team Lead

This is a safety-sensitive role. Duties directly impact the safety of others. Individuals in this position will be subject to drug testing, including testing for marijuana, both pre-employment and during employment, as permitted by applicable law.

About the role

The Armed Team Lead provides protection and surveillance for a person, group, organization, or asset. Duties include patrolling a specific area, providing protection when needed, and maintaining incident reports in a corporate setting while also maintaining a professional team for their client.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of world-class customer service and security operations to all clients.
• Protect the business’ property, staff, and the environment by keeping the location secure.
• Apprehend trespassers and remove people who violate the rules of the location you secure.
• Report any suspicious incidences to management in detail.
• Act in a lawful manner while in defense of the property, staff, and environment they oversee.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, building, and perimeter.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews, terminations, and aid in future recruiting in the area.

Requirements

• Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Nashville, TN 37220 before starting work (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Armed Security License (Required).
• Successful completion of a Physical Readiness Test (PRT) to ensure candidates meet the essential physical requirements of the role.

Qualifications

• Law enforcement experience: 3 years (Required).
• Military experience: 3 years (Required).
• Supervision experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Schedule

• 10-hour, 12-hour, or 8-hour shifts.
• Day shift, night shift, or overnight shift.
• Monday to Friday, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
