We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview, About this Contract, About the Uniform, Minimum Qualifications, Additional Information / Benefits (only Paid Sick Days). Also Rate of Pay: $24.16/hour (set by contract, non-negotiable)*Pay rates vary by contract and position. Since pay is stated, we can include Pay section. Schedule: Shift Opening: Various days (Monday - Friday), 1st shifts (0700-1700), With evening availability. So schedule info present, include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Remove duplicated lines. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe from Overview?), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (skills/requirements), Qualifications (minimum qualifications), Benefits (Paid Sick Days), Pay, Schedule. Also maybe About the Uniform could be part of Requirements? But we could make a Uniform section? Not required but could be included under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Uniform into Requirements or Qualifications. But we have many details; maybe better to have sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (skills/requirements + uniform?), Qualifications (minimum qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "DK Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove that. Also remove "IND2 Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or GED College Degree Certification Requirements (All) Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL) LEOSA Credential". That seems like metadata; we can incorporate into Qualifications maybe. We need to preserve all substantive info: The overview paragraph about DK Security, the job skills/requirements (Spanish fluency, prior law enforcement or relevant military experience required, veterans encouraged), shift opening, rate of pay, about this contract duties, about uniform, minimum qualifications list, benefits (Paid Sick Days). Also note about CPL/LEOSA etc. We need to format lists appropriately. Let's extract content: Overview paragraph: "DK Security is Michigan’s fastest growing security company. Established in 1995, we began as an investigations firm and quickly expanded to provide uniform security, event staff security, loss prevention services, and much more based on the needs of our clients. DK Security can provide you an opportunity to grow, develop and meet new people in a professional setting. IND2 Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or GED College Degree Certification Requirements (All) Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL) LEOSA Credential Additional Information / Benefits: DK Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants have rights under federal employment law. E-Verify Participation Poster Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) Immigrant and Employee Rights – Right to Work Equal Employment Opportunity – Workplace Discrimination is Illegal Benefits: Paid Sick Days We need to remove EEO boilerplate etc. So we keep only "Benefits: Paid Sick Days". Also maybe we keep "Additional Information / Benefits" heading but content only Paid Sick Days. Thus Benefits section:

    Paid Sick Days

    or
    • Paid Sick Days
. Since it's a list of benefits, we can use
    • Paid Sick Days
. Now we need to decide sections. Potential sections:

    About the Role

    Overview paragraph

    Responsibilities

    • ... duties list

    Requirements

    • Spanish fluency, prior law enforcement or relevant military experience required, veterans encouraged
maybe also include uniform? Uniform could be part of Requirements but we could add a separate Uniform section but that would be thin. Better to include uniform under Requirements as a bullet.

    Qualifications

    • minimum qualifications list

    Benefits

    • Paid Sick Days

    Pay

$24.16/hour (set by contract, non‑negotiable). Pay rates vary by contract and position.

    Schedule

Various days (Monday‑Friday), 1st shift (07:00‑17:00), with evening availability.

We need to ensure we don't repeat info. Also include note about Armed Security Officer etc maybe in Responsibilities. Let's craft the HTML. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's write:
