Armed Security Supervisor

Job DescriptionTenSeven Security is seeking experienced, professional, and dependable Armed Security Supervisors to provide field leadership and oversight of our security operations throughout the Tulsa area.Security Supervisors are responsible for supporting and overseeing Security Officers in the field, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with post orders and company policies, responding to incidents, assisting with staffing and operational issues, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism across assigned client locations.This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong judgment, accountability, communication skills, and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving situations.Job RequirementsValid Oklahoma CLEET Armed Security Guard License (Phase I, II & IV)Previous security experiencePrior supervisory, management, or team-lead experience preferredAbility to legally possess and carry a firearm while performing security dutiesStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsStrong situational awareness and ability to identify security and safety concernsAbility to professionally manage Security Officers and address performance or operational issuesAbility to respond to and take control of security incidents and emergenciesStrong conflict management and de-escalation skillsAbility to conduct site inspections and ensure officers are following post orders and client requirementsAbility to accurately document incidents, inspections, and other operational activityAbility to communicate professionally with clients, officers, dispatch, and managementAbility to follow and enforce company policies, use-of-force policies, security procedures, and client requirementsAbility to stand, walk, patrol, and remain active for extended periodsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs requireKey ResponsibilitiesProvide field supervision and support to assigned Security OfficersConduct routine and unannounced site inspectionsVerify officer attendance, appearance, equipment, and performanceEnsure compliance with post orders and company policiesRespond to incidents, emergencies, and calls for supervisory assistanceAssist officers with difficult or high-risk situationsAddress staffing and operational issues as they ariseReview reports and ensure documentation is accurate and completeCommunicate client concerns and site issues to OperationsAssist with training and onboarding new Security OfficersMaintain professional relationships with clients and site representativesServe as a dependable point of contact between field personnel and TenSeven managementNice to HavePrevious security supervisory or management experiencePrior law enforcement, corrections, or military leadership experienceCPR and First Aid certificationExperience with CCTV, access control, alarm, or surveillance systemsExperience supervising multiple client sites or mobile security operationsExperience training or evaluating Security OfficersBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offFree gymFull uniform providedFair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) NoticeI understand that I have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including:The right to request disclosure of the nature and scope of any investigative consumer reportThe right to receive a copy of any report if adverse action is taken based on itThe right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete informationA summary of my rights under the FCRA will be provided to me if required by law.
