Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to store customers, visitors, and team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and applicable laws.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
- Maintain required firearms qualifications, licensing, and training, and handle assigned equipment in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
