Armed Security Officer Patrol

As an Armed Security Officer Patrol in Bellaire, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls. This part-time, driving post combines outstanding customer service, clear communication, and sound judgment while supporting a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with store leadership and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with clients, shoppers, employees, and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$22.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 02:00 PM
