Armed Security Officer Part Time Weekends
About the role
The Armed Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Armed Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers and serve as a physical deterrent.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol client sites to ensure compliance with regulations and directives.
- Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.
- Enforce safety protocols and respond to emergencies as necessary.
- Preserve order and deter criminal activity.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other security personnel.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Armed Security Officer license or Guard Card (state-specific).
- Current firearm permit and ability to carry legally on duty.
- Prior law enforcement - Retired.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Excellent situational awareness and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible schedule — must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

$35.00 an hour.
Schedule
Part Time, Friday / Saturday, 11p-7am.
