Pay Rate
$33.70 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and supporting appropriate follow-up actions.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and credentialing processes while supporting security-related procedures for authorized access, deliveries, and/or visitor movement.
- Carry and maintain assigned armed post equipment in accordance with post orders and company policies while remaining prepared to respond to security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
