Job Description
As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Haslet, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and/or foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires armed credentials and offers the chance to work with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, caring, and integrity while supporting a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with site post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related incidents, policy concerns, and/or suspicious behavior according to Allied Universal protocols.
- Work closely with site leadership, local law enforcement, and/or emergency responders when needed while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
