Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Maintain readiness of assigned armed post equipment, follow all applicable use-of-force guidelines, and complete required logs, reports, and/or incident records before the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
