As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and respond to security-related concerns. You will deliver professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, observations, patrols, and other security‑related activities.

Requirements

• Possess at least two years of security‑related experience.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Have customer service experience (preferred).
• Possess CPR certification (preferred).
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
