As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Security Clearance in Vandalia, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a secure environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, policy violations and/or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents and security‑related activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• At least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Valid driver’s license for 1+ years (in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy).
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.

Pay

$32.00 per hour.
