Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior or unusual conditions.
• Maintain required armed post equipment and complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other security‑related documentation.

Requirements

• At least one year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$19.57 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time, Daytime schedule: Monday 08:00 AM – 05:45 PM, Tuesday 08:00 AM – 05:45 PM.
