Armed Security Officer

About the role

Titan Protection and Consulting is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Armed Security Officers. We offer competitive wages, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan after 90 days. Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, community, and visitors
• Do foot patrols for designated areas and vehicle patrols (if required)
• Enforce security protocols and respond to incidents when needed
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, following protocols and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding security incidents or concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and visitors
• Complete thorough and accurate incident reports as required
• Stay updated on security procedures, protocols, and industry trends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in accordance with established procedures
• Ability to perform the duties required, including standing, walking, and potentially restraining individuals if necessary
• Familiarity with security systems and technology
• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for the role)
• Knowledge of firearms is preferred
• Security experience preferred
